We provide 24 hour Supported Living projects and Domicillary Care services for adults with Autism and associated Learning Disabilities in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire.

Spacious houses maintained, furnished and decorated to high standards. Each house has a shared lounge and kitchen with some ensuite bedrooms. There are also showers and bathrooms on each floor. All the properties are located within a community setting, as part of everyday living, and within a short walk of the town centre. There is also easy access to link motorways and regular transport systems.

Our Philosophy of Care

Our philosophy of care is based on six values to provide a high quality service which is tailored to meet the individual needs of all our service users, promoting independence through enablement:

  • Independence

    We will endeavour at all times to promote independence of daily living skills enabling service users to reach their full potential.

  • Rights

    Understanding of the fundamental rights of people regardless of disability. Staff are reminded of these rights to ensure that the service user’s rights are always preserved.

  • Dignity

    It is the right of all individuals to be treated with respect and to recognize their uniqueness regardless of circumstances. We believe that dignity is closely connected to a person’s self-worth.

  • Choice

    All service users have the right to make decisions and be able to select from as many options as possible. The staff gives the service users choices in everyday life and do not impose their own ideas and beliefs.

  • Fulfilment

    The company aims to ensure that the service users lead a fulfilled life within their care settings encouraging and supporting the service users to achieve and accomplish new skills thus giving a sense of hope and purpose to their lives.

  • Privacy

    The right of every individual to be left alone, free from disturbance, not only in their environment, but also in their private affairs.


Our Staff

All our homes have a full time Manager and Deputy responsible for the care provided. Senior care staff are on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. An emergency on-call system enables support at all times for staff and residents from senior management.

All our Care staff have regular supervisions and appraisals and are encouraged and sponsored to achieve an NVQ qualification. All the homes have a unit training plan and each member of staff has an individual training plan. There is regular in-house training sessions based on the actual needs of the service users to help our staff understand what they need to do to give the utmost support to our service users.
