We have over 10 years of experience providing the highest standards of bespoke in-home care services in Bedfordshire and the surrounding areas. We appreciate that everyone is unique, with different circumstances and therefore provide the most comprehensive range of in-home care for you; including both live-in care and domiciliary care services. We have expertise in supporting people with complex needs, including autistic spectrum conditions, mental health, behaviour that challenges, profound and multiple learning disabilities, physical disabilities and associated complex health needs.

Our staff team recognise each person as an individual with a range of unique personal interests and aspirations. By focusing on your unique strengths, skills and abilities, our aim is to help you achieve your personal goals. We develop a personalised support plan with you and the people that know you best, so you can receive your care in the community where you live. We can offer you support in a number of ways:-

Our Staff

Our staff is our refuge and strength

Our homes have a full time registered Manager and Deputy responsible for all aspects of the residential care provided. Care staff is available throughout the day and at night experienced staff are on duty at all times with waking night and sleep in staff, depending on the needs of the client group. An emergency on-call system enables support at all times to staff and residents from senior management.

All our Care staff have regular supervisions and appraisals and are encouraged and sponsored to achieve an NVQ qualification. All the homes have a unit training plan and each member of staff has an individual training plan. There is regular in-house training sessions based on the actual needs of the service users to help our staff understand what they need to do to give the utmost support to our service users.
